MY STORY
From London to Italy, with the same standards
I'm Martina Lo Magno, an Italian buying agent with London experience. I have always been driven by people, relationships, and the energy that comes from building something valuable through trust and ambition.
Over the past ten years I have built an international career in luxury real estate between London and Italy: fast-paced, highly competitive environments where commercial instinct, resilience and human connection make the difference. It began in London in 2017, in the prestigious neighbourhoods of Maida Vale and St John's Wood, near Regent's Park. In 2020 I moved to Fulham Broadway, where I established myself as a trusted, results-driven advisor in the luxury property market, and where 2021 became my record-breaking year.
Outstanding service, honest advice, and a seamless experience from start to finish: that is what those years in luxury real estate taught me, and it is still how I work.
Then I came home. I relocated to Italy with a clear vision: to help international buyers purchase property in this beautiful country, properly and with clarity.
